ePortfolio
An ePortfolio is a personal website used as an alternative information delivery system. Paper, either physical or e-paper (e.g., PDFs and Docs), offer one methods of presenting who you are, what you know, or other important information. An ePortfolio can serve the same function as paper, while allowing for a vast array of alternative methods to deliver the information you need to convey, such as the information in a resume, a term paper, or documenting acquired skills and competencies. It’s an updated method of showing the world who you are, what you know, what you’ve done, and where you want to go.
In this class you will either start, or continue to build on your existing ePortfolio.

You can think of these as being like papers assignments, but instead of page or word count requirements, you are presenting your ideas in the form of a webpage. The same information needs to be conveyed, just done in a more engaging way. In order to do this well, it requires a deep understanding of a topic and clear thoughts on how best to convey information. Webpages are like puzzles and you're the one making the connections.
